l Arc Spray Equipment

Our arc spray equipments’ characters as following:
1.High efficiency, widely use range. It can spray metal wires more than 40kg an hour, fit for spraying on-site. It can spray all kinds of metal wires or metal porcelain materials. Such as alloy wires, Mo, Al, Zn, Cu, Cu alloy, babbitt metal etc. It’s widely used to anticorrosion or resist abrasion coatings about boilers, blowers, printing rolls, paper dryers, axes, models etc.

l Arc Spray Wires
Our wires have excellent resist abrasion and anticorrosion ability, widely used in boilers, steels etc.
l Plasma Spray Equipment
Our SX-80 type plasma spray equipment is manufactured based on the type of PT-A3000 & METCO-9M plasma spray equipment. It’s assembled by: ①main power supply ②the commute box ③the control machine ④the feed powder machine ⑤the spray gun ⑥ the heat exchanger
l HVOF Equipment
SX-5000 type HVOF equipment is assembled by:
①Spray gun ②powder feeder ③controller system ④heat exchanger ⑤pipelines.

l Electric Brush Plate Equipment
The equipment’s characters as following:
1、have the stepless adjust DC or power pulse output.
2.While the current exceed the rating, it can cut the main circuit rapidly.
3.have the ampere-hour-meter, can exactly control the thickness of the coatings, the control’s error<±10%；
4、can easily and rapidly to change the anode or kathode.
5、small volume and weight. Easy to move, excellent maneuverability, especially the new type contravariant power.
2.Our Service

we also provide coating service to resistance high temperature corrosion, rust or oxidation , repair the scratch or abrasion of machines or parts, or enhance the hardness of metal’s surface. The high hardness, and low porosity coating, is widely used to boilers, tubes, axes, rollers, dryers, fans etc, to reduces maintenance cycle time and increases savings.
3.Our spray service as follow:
(1) Plasma Spray: we can spray high capability porcelain coating, the spray material is: Al2O3,Cr2O3,TiO2, hard alloy etc.
(2) Sputter targets coating: Our company use the technology of plasma spray to product targets, specialized to study, product, and sale vacuum magnetism control sputtering targets, it’s widely applied to glass coating’s industry(such as construction’s or car’s glass etc.)
(3) High speed arc spray: we can spray stainless steel, Zn, Al, Cu, Pb, Mo, Babbitt metal etc.

(4) HVOF: we can spray hard alloy, porcelain alloy, the spray material is WC, Ni & Cr alloy etc.
(5)Apply Special Coating To Printing Rollers: Thermal spray or electric brush plate to repair printing rolls in house, such as corrosion, impress, scale off the machine, scratch etc.
we also can repair printing rollers at the scene: after disconnected the printing roll from the whole printing equipment, ship it to our company. We spray at it, then use stainless steel alloy to repair it.
The coating’s bond strength > 3000 N/cm², and you can check it by the rule of new product. We can ensure the quality for 8 years.
